{"id":664,"date":"2016-02-02T19:37:18","date_gmt":"2016-02-02T18:37:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nikkaluokta.com.loopiadns.com\/en\/?page_id=664"},"modified":"2016-12-18T09:13:31","modified_gmt":"2016-12-18T08:13:31","slug":"recipe","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nikkaluokta.com\/en\/food-and-drink\/recipe","title":{"rendered":"Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From the Nikkaluokta Cook book<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nikkaluokta homemade lingon berry cake<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Owen 200 C (392 F)<br \/>\nIngredients 1:<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n3 dl liter caster sugar<br \/>\n1,5 dl milk<br \/>\n4 dl wheat flour<br \/>\n3 teaspoons baking powder<br \/>\n2 teaspoons vanilla sugar<br \/>\n150 grams of butter<br \/>\nLingon berries (if you can\u2019t get hold of lingon berries use non sweet berries).<\/p>\n<p>Whip caster sugar and eggs fluffy. Add melted butter, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour. Mix and pour into a buttered ovenproof plate. Bake for 20 minutes. Add plenty of lingon berry jam.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients 2:<br \/>\n100 grams butter<br \/>\n1 dl caster sugar<br \/>\n2 dl liter coconut flakes<\/p>\n<p>Stir over heat until the ingredients thicken. Smear over the cake and lingon berry jam. Bake in oven for an additional 10 minutes.
